We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is an excellent practitioner with a strong understanding of KS2 but who can adapt to teaching across key stages with confidence.
- Demonstrates warmth, positivity and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Has high expectations for children’s learning, progress and behaviour, whatever their starting, including children with SEND.
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity and resilience to their classroom practice.
- Can work collaboratively and enthusiastically as part of a supportive team in school and across the Trust.
- Is keen to lead a curriculum area now or in the near future.
- Is reflective, proactive, hardworking and committed to ongoing professional development.

ECTs will be fully supported through high‑quality mentoring and induction as part of our Trust commitment to developing early career professionals.
