We are keen to grow our Trust with new schools; for us growth is about building capacity and supporting the quality of education for children within our communities. We work in accordance with our values that are committed to putting children at the heart of everything we do and all of our schools embrace this value.
This means we will be honest about whether we can support a school if it needs help and be open about our own strengths and areas for development.
