Education Teaching Assistant (ETASFSSEPT25)
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring individual who is committed, hardworking, reliable and is passionate about outdoor learning and/or forest school, particularly for children with SEND.
This job is part of our Education Support job family which plays a key role in supporting schools to deliver high quality services. In your role you will be part of a supportive team within the school. You will support the delivery of an effective education and curriculum function in line with school’s policies and procedures.

The ideal candidates will:

be able to demonstrate experience of working with children and young people, especially those with SEND
-
be passionate about the outdoors, and either trained in outdoor learning/forest school or be happy to undertake training

be able to demonstrate experience of supporting children to co-regulate and using strategies to support regulation/emotional well-being
-
be caring and passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential

be committed to the safeguarding of all students
-
be highly organised, flexible and adaptable

be creative and dynamic in their approach when working one to one with pupils
