We are looking to recruit a School Administrator to join our dedicated office team 2 days per week. The successful applicant will play an instrumental role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the administration services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous office administration experience. School experience is desirable.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently including providing a ‘front of house’ service to all visitors to the school office as well as providing general administrative support to various stakeholders. The Admin Team also support at a number of evening events in school such as Open Evening, school concerts etc. so willingness to work evenings on occasions is essential.

This is a role that requires excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain confident under pressure. A problem-solving attitude to work is essential. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude towards team working, have excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.

You will:

· Have good organisational and IT skills

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel in particular)

· Good written and oral skills

· Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information and respond positively to the demands of a varied workload.

· Be approachable, flexible and have a sense of humour
