The Mast Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Support Officer, starting in September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in administration within education, gaining valuable experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification.
You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our schools, ensuring effective and efficient administrative and business support across multiple sites
In this role you will:
- Provide front-of-house reception support and respond to enquiries from parents, staff and visitors
- Carry out a range of administrative duties including producing documents, maintaining records and supporting school systems
- Assist with the organisation of school activities and events
- Support data management, filing systems and resource coordination
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you will be fully supported to develop your skills and experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Is confident using IT systems (or willing to learn)
- Can work flexibly across multiple sites
- Is able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Is committed to safeguarding and supporting a safe school environment
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential due to travel between sites.
